IBC Management LLC invests in lower-middle-market companies located in the US, primarily in Texas . The fund invests in the companies with revenues of $10 to $50 million. The fund operates in the fields of manufacturing, distribution and services companies. It acquires controlling interests and provides financing for change of control, recapitalization, buyout and later stage growth transactions in the form of subordinated notes, mezzanine, options, warrants, preferred and common equity. It makes initial investments in the range of $2 to $5 million per transaction with an transaction value of $10 to $25 million.
