Perego: Conflict in the Awarding of Patent Damages." The article analyzes the Federal Circuit's opinion on patent infringement damages.
He earned his Bachelor of Science (1991) in electrical engineering from Prairie View A&M University, where he was a member of Pi Mu Epsilon.
