Kenneth A. Levy is currently the Chairman of OptimalPlus Ltd. and Chairman of Jordan Valley Semiconductors Ltd. He is also a Director-Emeritus of Semiconductor Equipment & Materials International, a Director of DigiFlex Ltd., a Special Advisor of Infinity Equity Capital Ltd, and a Member of the National Academy of Engineering.
In the past, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Accelerated Global Technology Corp., Chairman-Emeritus of KLA Corp., and Chairman of Genoa Color Technologies Ltd. He was also an Independent Director of Extreme Networks, Inc. from 2001 to 2012, and a Director of PTC, Inc., Ultratech, Inc., Juniper Networks, Inc., PowerDsine Ltd., and Saifun Semiconductors Ltd. Additionally, he was the President-Cobilt Division of Computervision Corp.
from 1969 to 1974.
He was a Limited Partner of Needham Capital Partners and an Advisor of KT Venture Group.
Mr. Levy received a graduate degree from Syracuse University in 1967 and an undergraduate degree from The City College of New York.
