Lawrence R. Kahn

Mr. Kahn joined Gemini Air Cargo in October 2005.
Prior to joining Gemini, he was the Executive Vice President of Freightdesk Technologies where he successfully restructured the balance sheet and equity structure to fund software development.
From June 1998 to March 2003, he was the Founder, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Vacation.Com, Inc. where he was successful in growing revenue dollars.
Mr. Kahn was employed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer by Shoppers Express, Inc. from June 1995 to June 1998 and from February 1994 to May 1995, as Principal and Partner, Mr. Kahn started and grew an aviation consultancy service providing fleet planning and aircraft acquisition services.
Additionally, Mr. Kahn served as Vice President and General Manager at Northwest Airlines, Inc. from June 1990 to January 1994.
Before delving into the aviation field, he held varied positions at Marriott, Inc., Roy Rogers Restaurants and Pepsico, Inc. Early in h is professional career, Mr. Kahn was employed as Project Manager at the National Transportation Commission from July 1977 to August 1979 and a Writer/Researcher at the American Enterprise Institute from June 1975-June 1977.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Yale University and Master’s Degree in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management.
