Dr. Reilly received a BA degree in Chemistry and Zoology from Kansas Wesleyan University, Salina, KS, in 1966 as well as a BS degree in Liberal Arts in 1968 and a PhD in Veterinary Medicine in 1970 from Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS.
