Marina Goldstein

Ms. Goldstein joined Tallwood in 2008.
Her background includes a mix of public accounting, legal, and software quality assurance engineering experience.
Previously, she provided tax compliance services for Fortune 500 clients at Ernst & Young.
Prior to Ernst & Young, she was responsible for the preparation of federal and multi-state tax returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals at Ireland San Filippo.
Before Ireland San Filippo, Ms. Goldstein was responsible for the quality of the web conferencing application at Placeware Inc., which was subsequently acquired by Microsoft.
Before her relocation to the U.S., she was an attorney at FIA-Bank, a private commercial bank in Russia, where she was responsible for handling legal matters such as banking documents and credit facilities.
Ms. Goldstein holds a M.S.
in Taxation from Golden Gate University, M.S.
and B.S.
in Law from International Academy of Business and Banking, Togliatti, Russia.
She is also a California CPA.
