Martin G.
Paravato joined the Company in January 2004 and is Corporate Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining IRIS, Mr. Paravato served as CFO and Corporate Secretary of TDK Mediactive, Inc., a subsidiary of TDK Corporation, Japan.
During his tenure at TDK Mediactive, revenues grew from $6 million to $42 million .
Mr. Paravato was responsible for upgrading and restructuring the financial reporting function, as well as negotiating and restructuring TDK's loan agreement.
Prior to1996, Mr. Paravato served with BDO Seidman, an international accounting firm, where as a client service audit partner he handled a diverse client base including multi-national companies with revenues in excess of $1 billion.
Mr. Paravato, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California State University at Northridge.
