Martin R.
Berndt has been a Director of Point Blank Solutions, Inc. since March 1, 2007 and is Chairman of the Nominating Committee and the Governance Committee.
He serves as a Senior Mentor of the US Marine Corps Staff Training Program and the Joint Forces Command, a Member of the CorpStrategy Team of the Institute for Defense and Business at the University of North Carolina and a Member of the Military Affairs Committee for Onslow County.
Mr. Berndt was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the US Marine Corps.
He retired in 2005 after a 36 year career in the US Marine Corps, where he commanded the US Marine Corps Forces-Atlantic, South and Europe, the US Marine Corps Bases- Atlantic and the US Fleet Marine Forces-Atlantic and Europe.
He serves as a Member-Governors Board of the North Carolina Military Foundation.
He received a degree from West Chester University in 1969.
