The firm was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Sydney. UBS AM Australia manages a comprehensive range of investment funds across all major asset classes; investment management services are offered in the form of segregated, pooled and advisory mandates and through a variety of registered investment funds. Macquarie Securities (Australia) Ltd. (MSAL) is a brokerage firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia. The firm was founded in 1969 and is a subsidiary of Macquarie Corporate International Holdings Pty Ltd., ultimately held by Macquarie Group Ltd. (ASX: MQG) in Australia. MSAL serves as the brokering entity for the Macquarie Group.
