Michelle Rogers

Michelle is a climate and clean energy professional with experience across the government and non-profit sectors.
She leads Allotrope’s clean energy advisory practice, overseeing the Clean Energy Investment Accelerator, Greening the Banks, and Allotrope’s other clean energy initiatives and corporate advisory services.
Prior to joining Allotrope, Michelle worked on international climate change issues at the U.S.
Department of State where she oversaw Low Emission Development Strategies programs across a global network of partner organizations.
She has experience in clean energy project management, international climate negotiations, and gender and energy issues.
She holds an MA in International Affairs from George Washington University.
