Dr. Wallock earned a Ph.D.
in organic chemistry from Marquette University (2004).
His doctoral research involved the preparation of novel organometallic complexes for use in the syntheses of cyclopropane-containing natural products.

in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point (magna cum laude, 2000).
