Paul Frohn

Paul Frohn studied Business Economics and Accountancy at the University of Amsterdam.
After working at Booz.Allen & Hamilton as a business analyst, he joined Akzo Nobel Coatings – initially as Controller and Sales Manager, and later as General Manager.
Paul has since gained considerable further experience as a General Manager in other production and distribution companies.
He has headed workforces ranging from 10 to 250 people and built up considerable international experience in both Europe and the USA, where he was based for several years.
With his background as a controller, Paul combines a good understanding of accounts with an affinity for commerce and an enjoyment of dealing with people.
Although a true all-rounder, he has always had a particular interest in business strategy and organisation.
His approach can best be described as thorough, pragmatic and results-driven.
