Rachel Feinman

Rachel Feinman serves as the VP of Innovation at TGH and Managing Director of Innoventures where she leads innovation projects and partnerships for the health system, as well as manages venture investing on behalf of Tampa General Hospital.
Rachel brings over twelve years of corporate law experience, where she provided legal counsel on M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions.
She is also an experienced innovation professional, having most recently served as the Executive Director for the Florida-Israel Business Accelerator prior to joining Tampa General Hospital.At the Florida Israel Business Accelerator, Rachel was responsible for supporting diverse startups in health care and other industry sectors in their efforts to expand from Israel to the U.S.
market, including everything from raising capital to acquiring customers.
Rachel holds a J.D.
with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida.
