Bollinger, CPA, is a Managing Director at CapX Partners.
Mr. Bollinger joined CapX Partners in May 2002, bringing a well-rounded depth of experience to financial accounting, taxation and portfolio management.
He heads the firm's San Diego office.
Much of his professional expertise was garnered during his tenure as a supervising senior accountant with KPMG, a professional-services firm specializing in consulting, attestation and advisory services.
He was responsible for planning and performing year-end financial audits for privately held and publicly traded companies, including several of KPMG's national accounts.
Mr. Bollinger earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
