Mr. Rick W.
Fedorowich, Jr. CPA, is Vice President-Finance at Pembroke Real Estate, Inc. Prior to joining Pembroke in 2010, he was CFO of Fidelity Biosciences from 2006.
Prior to Fidelity Biosciences, he held a variety of roles at Schroders and SV Life Sciences (formerly Schroder Venture Life Sciences) including Finance Director, US, where he oversaw all of the finance, legal and accounting matters of the organization.
During his time with SV Life Sciences, Mr. Fedorowich worked on over forty private and public equity transactions in the international life sciences industry.
Prior to joining Schroders, Mr. Fedorowich worked with Ernst & Young LLP in both an audit advisory and US tax capacity.
He is a active member in American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Venture Capital Association CFO Taskforce and Private Equity Chief Financial Officer Association.
Mr. Fedorowich holds a B.S.
degree in Management from Bridgewater State College and has completed graduate work in Taxation at Bentley College.
