AXA Investment Managers Asia Ltd. (AXAIM-Asia) is a wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of AXA Investment Managers SA, itself a subsidiary of AXA SA (XP: CS, ADR: AXAHY) in France. The firm was founded in 1998 when AXAIM acquired and merged NMFM (Asia) and BGI Investment Management Hong Kong Ltd. AXAIM-Asia specializes in insurance investments and hedge funds. Their clients are local institutions including pension funds and insurance companies. They also manage insurance portfolios for the parent group, and operate in close relationship with fellow subsidiary AXA Rosenberg Investment Management Asia Pacific Ltd., which specializes in equity. The firm is headquartered in Hong Kong.

Semeru CLSA Capital Partners Pte Ltd. (Semeru CLSA) is the Singapore-based alternative investment management subsidiary of CLSA Ltd. (Hong Kong), itself a subsidiary of CITIC Securities Co. Ltd. (SH: 600030) in China. Formerly known as Alcor Investment Management Pte Ltd., established in 2004, the firm was renamed in 2013 and manages long and short-term Asian equity investments.

(OMAM) is the Great Britain-based investment management subsidiary of Old Mutual Global Investors (UK) Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Old Mutual Plc (LSE: OML), a global financial services group which operates in Europe, South Africa, the U.S. and Asia Pacific. Old Mutual traces their history back to 1845, originating as a South African-based mutual society. In 1999, they became a public listing. Located in London.
