Steven ten Have

Steven ten Have is the founder of Ten Have Change Management, which was founded in 2004.
He is currently the Chairman of Change Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam since 2003.
He is also the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Stichting Cito Instituut Voor Toetsontwikkeling, the Chairman of the Center For Evidence-Based Management, a Member of the Social Innovation Committee at the Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs, and a Member of the Supervisory Board at ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance N.V., Niederlassung Deutschland.
In his former positions, Dr. ten Have served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Cito BV from 2006 to 2015, the Vice Chairman of Berenschot Groep BV, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ABN AMRO Group NV in 2018, and the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ABN AMRO Bank NV from 2018 to 2019.
He was also the Director of the Institute For Netherlands Quality from 2013 to 2016 and a Member of the Supervisory Board at AFC Ajax NV from 2011 to 2012.
Additionally, he held positions at Fortis Bank (Nederland) NV and Stichting Instituut GAK.
Dr. ten Have obtained a graduate degree from Nyenrode Business Universiteit in 1994, a doctorate degree from the University of Twente in 2002, and a graduate degree from the University of Utrecht in 1992.
