Tom Harvey

Tom Harvey is a Director of VIP Partners LLC and Roy F.
Weston, Inc. He is Chairman of the Global Environment & Technology Foundation (GETF).
Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of Clean Fuels Technology, Inc. He was a Foreign Affairs Fellow at John Hopkins University.
Mr. Harvey received a BS degree in Engineering from West Point, an MA degree in International Relations from Boston University, and an MBA from the University of Puget Sound.
