Mr. Herschel V.
Leverett, IV, is a Managing Director of Alternative Investment at Russell Investment Management LLC.
He manages hedge funds and real estate teams to ensure the investment integrity of portfolios.
He also oversees manager research and risk management, and coordinates the product strategy of alternative investments globally.
He is a member of the investment division’s senior management team and the global leadership forum, as well as being President and Chief Executive Officer of Russell Capital Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Frank Russell Company.
He joined Russell Investments in July 1988 and has been involved in the firm’s alternative investment business since 1996, including as Director of business development, leading a team responsible for product strategy and new alternative investment opportunities.
He also holds a number of directorships on the firm’s investment funds.
He has a BA in Accounting from Washington State University and is a Licensed Registered Representative for FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65.
