Vimal F. Jain

Vimal Jain has infrastructure concession experience having joined Henderson’s infrastructure team in 2003 after completing his MBA. Since then, he has been involved in the evaluation of European PPP investment opportunities for both of Henderson’s secondary infrastructure funds, including the acquisition of John Laing plc in 2006.
His current responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in Europe and India and monitoring some of the funds investments in European PPP projects.
Prior to joining Henderson, Vimal had over five years of transaction due diligence and related financial service experience with several global financial advisory firms and a year of corporate banking experience.
He has worked on a number of transactions in a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, across a number of markets.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and was nominated to the Dean's List during his MBA at London Business School.
