Wafaa Baddour

Mrs. Wafaa Baddour, CFA, is a Managing Director & Head of Industrials and Healthcare at EFG-Hermes Securities Brokerage.
She covers stocks in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
Her coverage also expands into certain niche fields such as logistics and transportation.
She joined the company in 2002.
Previously, Mrs. Baddour was an equity Analyst, covering the consumer, retail, health care, materials and industrials sector in the MENA region, as well as a Strategist covering Egypt between 2004 and 2007.
She joined EFG Hermes with five years of experience at Flemings-CIIC, which merged with EFG Hermes in 2002.
She worked on several IPOs/private placements, including Cleopatra Hospital Co., Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH), Edita, Arabian Cement Co., Juhayna Food Industries, Elsewedy Electric, Arafa Holding, Oriental Weavers, Lecico and Olympic Group.
She holds a BA in Commerce from Cairo University.
