Ya Ni Kong

Ms. Ya Ni Kong was Senior Associate of Climate Change Capital responsible for executing clean energy investment opportunities.
Ms. Kong has brought along rich investment and management experience in corporate finance and energy fields.
Before joining CCC,she worked for US-based Lakewood Capital as Director of Project Finance and Lakewood‘s Corporate Fnance Business in China managing relationships with financial institutions.
Prior to joining Lakewood, Ms. Kong was the Corporate Development Manager of Asian American Coal where she was responsible for investment valuation, execution and post-investment management; delivering corporate strategic plans, preparing board and shareholder meeting materials and advocating the practice of good corporate governance at both corporate and JV level.
Ms. Kong received her MBA from Rutgers State University of New Jersey, an M.A. from China Foreign Affairs University and diploma from a joint program of Johns Hopkins University - Nanjing University.
