(Deloitte Mexico) como Auditor Externo del Fideicomiso, así como el plan de trabajo para la auditoría de 2018 y el importe de remuneraciones del servicio de auditoría externa conforme al artículo 16 de la CUAE.

TERCERO. Con fecha 20 de marzo de 2020, el Comité Técnico, mediante resoluciones unánimes adoptadas fuera de sesión, resolvieron aprobar la ratificación de Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. (Deloitte Mexico) como Auditor Externo del Fideicomiso, así como el plan de trabajo para la auditoría de 2019 y el importe de remuneraciones del servicio de auditoría externa conforme al artículo 16 de la CUAE.

SECOND. On February 28, 2019, the Technical Committee approved, by means of unanimous resolutions adopted in lieu of a meeting, the engagement of Galaz,Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. (Deloitte Mexico), as External Auditor of the Trust and the working plan for the 2019 Audit and related compensation of the External Auditor for services provided in accordance with Article 16 of the CUAE.

THIRD. On March 20, 2020, the Technical Committee approved, by means of unanimous resolutions adopted in lieu of a meeting, the ratification of Galaz,Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. (Deloitte Mexico), as External Auditor of the Trust and the working plan for the 2019 Audit and related compensation of the External Auditor for services provided in accordance with Article 16 of the CUAE.

RESOLUCIONES

RESOLUTIONS

ÚNICA. "Tomando en consideración lo expuesto anteriormente, se resuelve ratificar la contratación de Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. (Deloitte Mexico) como Auditor Externo del Fideicomiso, así como el plan de trabajo para la auditoría de 2020 y el importe de remuneraciones del servicio de auditoría externa conforme al artículo 16 de la CUAE. "

Las presentes Resoluciones fueron adoptadas de forma unánime por la totalidad de los miembros del Comité Técnico del Fideicomiso, a efecto de que las mismas tengan plena validez y eficacia para todos los efectos legales a que haya lugar, como si las mismas hubieren sido adoptadas mediante la celebración de una sesión del Comité Técnico del Fideicomiso.

SOLE RESOLUTION. "In consideration of the foregoing, the engagement of Galaz,Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. (Deloitte Mexico), as External Auditor of the Trust and the working plan for the 2020 Audit and related compensation of the External Auditor for services provided in accordance with Article 16 of the CUAE is hereby ratified."

These Resolutions were unanimously adopted by all of the members of the Technical Committee of the Trust, so that they are fully valid and effective for all legal purposes, as if they had been adopted within a meeting of the Technical Committee of the Trust.
