Arup Varma

Arup Varma is a Director of AssessPeople Pvt Ltd. He is a Professor of Human Resource Management at the Loyola University of Chicago.

Previously, he was Director of the Institute of Human Resources & Employment Relations, and Chairman of the Human Resources Management Department from 2002 to 2007.
Dr. Varma was a Professor at Peking University, Tulane University, the University of New Orleans, the Great Lakes Institute of Management, the Xavier Labour Relations Institute In India, Clark Atlanta University, and the University of Aston.
He received degree from the Xavier Labour Relations Institute In India and a PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University.
