Brad Morton

Brad is a senior financial executive with 25 years of experience providing financial, strategic, operational, and managerial expertise for organizations with a wide range of sizes.
Prior to joining Salem, Brad was a member of NextGen CFO where he provided fractional CFO services for small to medium sized businesses.
During this time, Brad worked with business owners and business leaders to develop strategic business plans, capital deployment strategies, exit planning strategies, operating budgets, business reengineering plans and various other transformative efforts.
Prior to NextGen CFO, Brad was the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at LabCorp, overseeing an operating budget of $140 million and an employee base of 2,400.
While at LabCorp, he served on the company’s Management, Operating, Disclosure and Compliance Committees.
He also participated in strategic planning activities with the Company’s Board of Directors.
He began his career in the audit department at KPMG.
Brad received a B.S.
in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Brad is a CPA licensed in the state of the North Carolina.
He is a member of the Greensboro Society of Financial Service Professionals, the American Institute of CPAs, and the NC Association of CPAs.
