Cary Anderson

Mr. Cary Anderson is Vice President-Finance at GI Partners LLC.
Prior to joining GI Partners, he worked as part of the Digital Realty Trust IPO team.
When DLR completed its IPO in 2004, Mr. Anderson served as Vice President, Controller at the company until GI Partners launched its second fund, GI Partners Fund II L.P.
Previously, he also helped in the successful IPO process of Spieker Properties, which has since been sold to Equity Office.
He has several years of financial accounting experience at the Controller and VP level, including as VP, Chief Accounting Officer at Spieker Properties and Western Division CFO at Federal Realty Investment Trust.
Mr. Anderson received a B.S.
in Accounting from San Jose State University.
He is a California Charted Public Accountant (non-active).
