Ms. Catherine M.
Lloyd is Chief Risk Officer at EISER Infrastructure Ltd.
Prior to this appointment, she joined ABN AMRO Bank in 1999 as a Risk Officer in Australia.
She has worked in Risk Management in Australia, Amsterdam and London with responsibility for Infrastructure Capital transactions throughout.
Catherine's most recent role was Global Head of Infrastructure Capital within the Structured Risk Department of Group Risk Management.
Her responsibilities included analysis of, and provision of structuring advice for, transactions originated by the Infrastructure Capital team and subsequent approval or recommendation and/or presentation to ABN AMRO's credit committee.
She also had responsibility for the policy framework governing the infrastructure capital business of ABN AMRO Bank.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO Bank, Ms. Lloyd worked for Westpac, starting in 1987, holding a number of positions across the spectrum of the bank's operations from consumer to corporate.
She graduated from The Australian National University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Commerce, holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and is a CPA.
