Charles Loxton

Mr. Charles Loxton is a Director at Taurus Funds Management Pty Ltd.
He is a specialist in resource finance and investment and joined Taurus in 2008.
His roles included transaction identification, technical due diligence, loan structuring, preparation of credit and investment submissions on projects, documentation and portfolio management.
He is a trained geologist and worked as such in both Australia and Papua New Guinea with his experience covering coal, copper and gold.
He then went onto work in the mining finance departments of a number of foreign and domestic banks for 20 years, including AIDC Ltd and Chase Manhattan Bank with the last 10 years being with Societe Generale in Australia.
