David E. Libowitz

Mr. Libowitz joined Tri-Artisan in 2007.
Prior to Tri-Artisan, Mr. Libowitz served as a founder and Managing Partner of Trails End Partners, a private equity firm focused on early stage and middle-market companies.
Prior thereto, Mr. Libowitz worked for eleven years at Warburg Pincus serving in various roles, including five years as a Partner.
In this role, Mr. Libowitz participated in various aspects of transactions for the firm’s private equity funds, including investing in, or managing portfolio companies in, the media, media services, business services, manufacturing, oil and gas services and retail industries, and served on 14 boards of directors of both public and private companies.
Mr. Libowitz began his career as a Senior Investment Analyst at Equitable Capital Management.
Mr. Libowitz received an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Tufts University.
