Dwight D. Sipprelle

Mr. Sipprelle is the founder of the Arx Funds.
Mr. Sipprelle is the Chief Executive Officer and Global Portfolio and Risk Manager for the Investment Manager.
Prior to forming the Investment Manager in September 2001, he was Co-Risk Manager for the Global Leveraged Credit portfolio of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. ("Morgan Stanley").
Mr. Sipprelle joined Morgan Stanley in 1984, and, at the time of his retirement in October 2000, was serving as Co-Head of the Global High Yield Sales, Trading and Research group and as a member of the firm's Risk Practices Committee.
Mr. Sipprelle received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1984, graduating as a Baker Scholar, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Williams College in 1980.
