Perry is an event-driven, opportunistic manager which invests across all industry sectors and at any point in the capital structure of a company/asset. The firm invests in equity, credit and distressed special situations, credit sensitive securities, distressed securities, private equity, real estate (debt & equity), capital structure arbitrage and merger arbitrage. Perry invests globally with a primary geographic focus in the US and Western Europe. They manage dedicated, industry-focused portfolios and seek to develop strong relationships with management of companies in which they invest.
