Ernest D. Black

Mr. Black is a Professional Engineer in Ontario and British Columbia.
He had been worked domestically and internationally in mining and oil and gas exploration since 1954.
Mr. Black spent in corporate management, consulting and project development for 40 years.
He was Founder of MPH Consulting Limited and MPH Consulting, Inc. Mr. Black worked for Pambrun Lake Mines Ltd.
in 1954 as a Prospector and International Nickel Company in 1955 as an Assistant Geologist.
He was employed with Quebec Cartier Mining Co. from 1956 to 1963 as a Geologist, Rancheria Mining Co. Ltd.
in 1963 as a Geologist and Watts, Griffis and McOuat from 1964 to 1967 as a Project Geologist.
Mr. Black was President and a Consultant for MPH Limited in Toronto, Ontario from 1967 to 1978 and MPH, Inc. from 1978 to 1998.
He was a Director of several Canadian and United States mineral and oil and gas exploration companies.
Currently, Mr. Black is an Advisor to the Board of directors of Consolidated Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd.
and PMI Gold Corp.
Previously, he was a Director of Petroland Leasing Inc., Diamond-X LLC and Churchill Resources Ltd.
Mr. Black received a BS in Agriculture in 1952 and an MS in Geology in 1958 from the University of McGill.
