Fabrizio Ferrero

Mr. Fabrizio Ferrero is Senior Manager Private Equity at Sator SpA. He is on the Board of Directors at Sator SpA and Banca Profilo SpA. Mr. Ferrero was previously employed as Chief Executive Officer by Sator Capital Ltd. and Senior Manager by Sator Capital Ltd. In his role, Mr. Fabrizio Ferrero had responsibility for selected Italian and international clients, with a focus on emerging markets, as well as responsibility for execution of M&A and equity capital markets deals in the financial institutions sector.
In particular, over the past few years he was responsible for the execution of a number of the major banking transactions in emerging markets, such as Turkey, the Middle East and Nigeria.
Formerly, Mr. Fabrizio Ferrero was Managing Director of Morgan Stanley in the European Financial Institutions Group in London, which he joined in 1994.
During his career, he executed successfully over 30 M&A and equity capital markets transactions in 15 countries.
Furthermore, at Morgan Stanley, he spent two years as Operations Officer for the worldwide and European Financial Institutions Group, respectively, with responsibility for coordinating strategic, administrative and headcount matters (2001 and 2002).
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Fabrizio Ferrero worked at JP Morgan for four years, primarily in the European Financial Institutions Group in London.
He started his career at Istituto Bancario San Paolo di Torino in London, as a junior trader on the swaps desk.
He is on the Board of Directors at Banca Profilo SpA. Mr. Fabrizio Ferrero received a BA cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Turin and is an Italian certified public accountant.
