Franz Wipfli

Mr. Wipfli is the Head of Organizational Transformation Management at Zurich Financial Services Group.
He joined Zurich Insurance Company as a trainee in 1983.
From 1985 to 1991, he was Departmental Head in the Underwriting Department and then Sales Manager of the Region Zurich City.
In 1991, he was appointed Regional Manager for Berne and in 1994 he became a Member of the Executive Management Team of Zurich Switzerland.
He was Chief Executive Officer of Zurich Kosmos, Austria, from May 1996 until March 2002.
He is a Member of the board of Zürich Versicherungen AG in Germany.
