Hil Scott

Hil directs and supervises the finance team at CI.
As controller, Hil is responsible for financial reporting, debt management, budgeting and financial systems implementation.
Hil joined the CI team as controller in July 2012 as a part of the merger between CI and the Connecticut Development Authority (CDA).
For 10 years prior to the merger with CI, he was controller at CDA, and had served in various capacities there since 1993.
He has also held various finance and accounting positions in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
