Ian Roberts

Mr. Ian Roberts is a Managing Director Investments at Artradis Fund Management Pte Ltd.
He joined Artradis Fund Management in early 2005 as Managing Director, Research with sector responsibility for Financial stocks.
Mr. Roberts spent the first eleven years of his career with Sun life Financial as a portfolio manager.
Initially he managed government bonds in London but relocated to Manila, Philippines in 1992 to run a $500mn diversified portfolio including equity, bonds and private debt.In 1997 he commenced five years with Asian broker W.I.
Carr, including stints as Head of Sales (Philippines), Senior Economist (North Asia) and Head of Research (Taiwan).
In late 2001 he joined Prudential to help establish and manage their fledgling investment portfolio in Vietnam, taking direct responsibility for property investments and government bonds.
Having relocated to Singapore Mr. Roberts graduated in 1986 with an economics degree from the University of Wales
