The Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) is a corporate membership organization that provides services to employers in the area. It is the oldest traditional organization of its kind in Chicago and operates independently from any state or national organizations. HRMAC serves as a platform for human resources leaders, practitioners, service providers, and business executives to collaborate on workforce strategies that enhance business performance. In October 2021, HRMAC merged with the Executives' Club of Chicago and established The HRMAC Institute within the Exec Club. Boys & Girls Club of Central Iowa is a nonprofit youth development organization based in Des Moines, serving children and teens ages 6 to 18 across eight club locations.
