Jared Hochman

Jared joined Pebb Capital in 2014 as Project Manager of our student housing portfolios focused on the management and execution of our value-add initiatives.
He was instrumental in our teams’ successful repositioning of our Collegium assets prior to their sales.
In 2016, Jared transitioned to development, managing construction of luxury office and residential projects while also focusing on our multi-family ground-up developments.
Jared is responsible for the management and operations of development across Pebb’s various asset classes.
