The firm is solely owned by Kyle Reuter and Jeffrey James and has been a registered investment adviser since 2021. Prior to February 2024, they operated under the name Reuter James Wealth Management LLC. Prospera provides investment management and financial advisory services to individual and institutional investors.

(NYSE: WFC), a financial and bank holding company. Wells Fargo Advisors is a trade name used by Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network LLC and Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC. WFCS provides investment advisory services to individuals, pension or profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates or charitable organizations, corporations or other business entities, governmental entities and educational institutions, as well as banks or thrift institutions. They also act as portfolio manager for certain wrap fee advisory programs.
