Mr. John Chen is a Co-Founder & General Partner at Crom Cortana Fund LLC.
Prior to co-founding Crom, Mr. Chen worked on acquisition finance transactions consisting of acquisition bridges, TLAs, RCFs, and bond issuances on BNP Paribas’ Investment Grade Finance team.
Before that, he worked for a private fund originating and structuring equity and credit transactions.
Previously, he worked for Crom Industries analyzing investments in early stage healthcare companies.
He graduated from New York University with a BA in Economics.
