John Young

Mr. John Young is Operating Executive at North Castle Partners LLC.
He joined North Castle in 2004.
He is an expert in the areas of strategic human resources and organization design.
Prior to North Castle, he was with Four Seasons as Vice President, Human Resources in 1983 and was promoted within a year to Senior Vice President and later to Executive Vice President.
He served as a member of the Company's Management Committee and as staff liaison to the Compensation Committee of the Board for more than 20 years.
Before joining Four Seasons, he worked as Vice President, Human Resources, in various divisions of Lex Service Group for more than 12 years.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Red Door Spas, Equinox Fitness and Network Hardware.
Mr. Young received M.A.
from the University of Edinburgh (Scotland).
He completed post-graduate studies in what was then called Personnel Management at the University of Strathclyde (Scotland).
He also earned a M.S.
in Organizational Behavior (with Honors).
He holds the professional designation Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP).
