Josephine Ng

Ms. Ng is the Director of Corporate Accounting at J.C.
Flowers & Co. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Ms. Ng was the Controller of Corporate Accounting at Longacre Fund Management LLC, a distressed debt hedge fund.
Prior to that she was a Manager in the Finance team at Macquarie in New York.
Prior to joining Macquarie, Ms. Ng was a Manager in the audit and assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Toronto, Canada specializing in financial services clients.
Ms. Ng is an Illinois State Certified Public Accountant and a Canadian Chartered Public Accountant.
She obtained her B.Comm at the University of Toronto.
