Kristal Docter

Ms. Docter joined SAIL Venture in 2004.
Prior to joining SAIL, she held positions as Assistant Marketing Director for a non-profit organization called Jewelers for Children and as Marketing/Advertising Assistant for First Team Real Estate, including managing their promotions, coordination and distribution of their marketing tools.
Earlier in her career, she was a freelance writer and copy editor for the Independent, Marshall, MN's daily city newspaper.
Ms. Docter is a member of a number of local organizations, including the Venture Capital Office Manager’s Association, the National Association of Professional Women and the Philanthropic Educational Organization (P.E.O.
International), which promotes educational opportunities for women around the world.
Ms. Docter holds a Bachelors degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from Southwest State University, where she was Editor in Chief of Impact, the campus newspaper.
