Louise J. Bell-Pesce

Louise J.
Bell Pesce was appointed Chief Executive Officer of IntelliSpace in January 2005.
She previously served in the position of Chief Financial Officer since October 2002.
Prior to IntelliSpace, Ms. Bell Pesce was the Chief Financial Officer for Sphera Optical Networks, Inc., a telecommunications company providing end-to-end optical connectivity between Service Providers.
Ms. Bell Pesce’s career spans over 18 years in investment banking and corporate finance, in the US and Europe.
From 1992 to 2000, she was a Managing Director of CIBC World Markets, Inc., in the project and leverage finance group, specializing in telecommunications and energy.
Prior to CIBC, Ms. Bell Pesce was a senior member of the project finance group at Long Term Credit Bank of Japan, located in London.
