Marc Sangree Primiani

Marc serves as General Counsel of Aspiriant and as a director in the Strategic Planning Group.
He was one of the co-founders of Quintile Wealth Management, an integrated wealth management firm established in 2002, which merged with Kochis Fitz in 2008 to become Aspirant.
Marc has over 30 years of experience as a tax and estate planning attorney.
Prior to Aspiriant, Marc was a Client Service Director in myCFO’s Estate and Trust Services group, and was in charge of the Estate Planning Services group inSouthern California.
Before that, Marc was a co-founder and the Managing Partner of Cohen, Primiani & Foster, a boutique tax planning law firm inLos Angeleswith a particular focus on complex high net-worth individuals and families.
Marc is an active participant in charitable activities and has served both as a volunteer and on the International Board of Directors of Amigos de lasAmericas, a non-profit community service organization that promotes public health, education and community development inLatin America.
Marc is an attorney with an advanced tax degree fromNew YorkUniversityand a member of the California Bar Association.
Marc received his BA degree from theUniversityofColorado,Boulder, graduating magna cum laude, and was elected as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
He earned his JD from University of Santa Clara School of Law while serving as articles editor on the Santa Clara Law Review.
