Mary Nebel

Mary Beth Nebel is Vice President and General Counsel of RLI Corp.
She came to RLI after serving various capacities, including Claim Attorney, Research Development Specialist and Counsel-Assistant Manager, at Shand, Morahan, Inc. She was Assistant General Counsel RLI Corp.
from 1988 to 1994.
She received her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1980.
She was admitted to the Illinois Bar the same year.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Radio Television from Southern Illinois University in 1977.
She is a Member of the American Bar Association, Torts and Insurance Practice Section and the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel (FICC).
