Max Farley

Mr. Max Farley is a Senior Associate at glendonTodd Capital LLC.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Associate at PlumTree Partners LLC, a lower middle-market private equity firm focusing on technology-enabled services opportunities.
Mr. Farley served as Lead Associate on numerous transactions fulfilling roles such as deal origination, due diligence, LBO analysis, target and lender negotiations, fundraising and documentation.
Prior to his position at PlumTree Partners, Mr. Farley served was a Senior Analyst at Prudential Capital Group in their oil and gas and corporate finance division.
While with Prudential, he served as Lead Analyst on over $900 million of financing opportunities for LBOs, MBOs, acquisition financings and various growth initiatives.
He was the sole analyst responsible for monitoring and managing a $3.5 billion portfolio spread across 35 investments.
Prior to Prudential, Mr. Farley held positions at Erikson Partners LLC, HBK Capital, Bluffview Wealth Management and CitiGroup Smith Barney.
Mr. Farley received a BBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
He graduated with the designation of SMU Scholar, BBA Scholar and RIMS Scholar.
