Michael Clancy

Mr. Michael Clancy joined MLC Investment Management's Manager Research team in August 1998 and was initially responsible for investment manager strategy across MLC's range of listed and unlisted multiple manager equity products.
In mid 2001, he moved to MLC's European operation to build and launch investment products in the UK using the distinctive MLC multi-manager investment approach.
At the end of 2002, Mr. Clancy moved back to Australia with overall responsibility for MLC Investment Management's Capital Markets Research, Manager Research Investment teams and Implementation team.
He was also responsible for meeting the needs of MLC's international businesses from an investment perspective.Throughout this entire period, Mr. Clancy has had direct portfolio management responsibility for manager selection and portfolio construction within the global equity asset class.
Prior to joining MLC, Michael spent eight years with Frank Russell Company in Australia in both its asset consulting and manager research teams.
