He has served as President of the Bozeman Noon Rotary Club, Treasurer of the Eagle Mount Rehabilitation Center, Chair of the Charles Emil Thenen Foundation and has served on numerous charitable boards.
He is a graduate of Princeton University in 1961, received his MBA from Stanford University in 1963 and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1969.
