Mr. Omar Ali Fahad Alzumai is Chairman & Managing Director at Watheeqa Capital Co. He is on the Board of Directors at Al-Mudon International Real Estate Co. His role is that of a steward and he is at the helm of company affairs.
He leads and executes the Board of Director’s vision and strategy.
He is responsible to explore new business and investment opportunities across geographies, countries, sectors and companies.
In short, spearheads the long term growth plans and sets the strategic direction of the company.
Apart from these key roles, he is also responsible to thoroughly assess the risk and return profile of various investment opportunity, monitor and evaluate the performance of the investee companies – subsidiaries, associates, strategic stakes, proprietary investment portfolio’s of the company and client portfolios.

He holds an MBA; specialized in Finance and BA in Banking and Finance.
